Common use of HEALTH CONTRIBUTION Clause in Contracts

HEALTH CONTRIBUTION. 7.15.1. The DISTRICT agrees to offer the PERS Health Benefits Program and pay a portion of the associated premiums as specified in Section 7.15.2. of this Article. The EMPLOYEE agrees that he/she is liable for the difference between the total cost of the health plan he/she chooses and the DISTRICT'S PERS Health Benefit Contribution.
