HEALTH INSPECTION. ‌ 1. Passengers, drivers, and other persons on board the road vehicles shall, when crossing the border into the territory of a Contracting Party, be subjected to the health inspections of that Contracting Party and be in compliance with the national laws and regulations of the Contracting Party. 2. The health inspections of each Contracting Party shall be in compliance with the International Health Regulations as adopted, amended and revised from time to time by the World Health Assembly of the World Health Organization ("WHO"), where applicable.
