Scope of Contractor’s Services. The Contractor agrees to provide to the County services and any materials set forth in the project narrative identified as Attachment A during the agreement period. No material, labor, or facilities will be furnished by the County, except as provided for herein.
Scope of Contractor’s Services. The Contractor agrees to provide to the County services, reports, and any material set forth in Exhibit A: Statement of Work and Reporting Requirements during the contract term. No material, labor, or facilities will be furnished by the County unless otherwise provided for in this contract.

Scope of Contractor’s Services. 3.1 The Contractor shall perform all services identified and itemized in Exhibit I: “Scope of Contractor’s Services” which is attached hereto and incorporated and made part of this Contract.
3.2 The Contractor shall begin work under this Contract within ten (10) working days after the delivery of the Notice to Proceed to the Contractor. The time of beginning, rate of progress and date of completion are considered essential elements of the Contract.
3.3 If the Contractor shall be unavoidably delayed in the beginning or during the course of fulfilling the requirements of this Contract by reason of excessive storms or floods, or by an act of Providence, or by general strikes, or by court injunction, or by stopping of work by the City because of an emergency or public necessity, or by reason of alterations ordered by the City, the Contractor shall have no valid claim for damages on account of any cause or delay; but he shall, in such case, be entitled to such an extension of the time limits specified in subsection 3.1 herein, as the City shall adjudge to be just and reasonable, provided, however, that formal claim for such extension shall be made in writing by the Contractor within one (1) week after the date upon which such alleged cause for delay shall have occurred.
3.4 The Contractor shall make alterations to the Scope of Services and related work under this Contract, as the City may expressly order in writing. Compensation for such alterations shall be determined by unit prices stipulated in the proposal hereof where appropriate, or by lump sum or unit prices mutually agreed upon at the time by the City and the Contractor.
3.5 No claim against the City on account of alterations shall be valid unless such work has been previously ordered in writing and unless such claim has been presented for payment as soon as practicable after the completion of such work and before the determination of the final actual amount.
Scope of Contractor’s Services. The Contractor agrees to provide to the City services including, but not limited to those set forth in the project narrative identified as Exhibit “A”, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, during the agreement period.

3.2. The work performed by Contractor shall be done pursuant to the Drawings and Specifications attached as Exhibit III. (If Applicable)
Scope of Contractor’s Services. WEST Consultants, Inc., hereafter referred to as the “Contractor” or “WEST”, agrees to provide to the County the services as described in Attachment “A” and attached hereon to this Second Supplemental Agreement solely on behalf of Xxxxx County, acting as the lead agency for the Flood Authority and as directed by the Director of Community Development.
Scope of Contractor’s Services. Contractor agrees to provide to the County services and any materials set forth in the project narrative identified in Attachment "A" during the Agreement period. No material, labor, or facilities will be furnished by the County, unless otherwise provided for in the Agreement. This Agreement is entered into between Contractor and the County. Its purpose is to provide a coordinated and comprehensive local program of services for persons with developmental disabilities and to fulfill the County’s responsibilities in Attachment “D”. This Agreement includes statements of DDD’s responsibilities from the attached Program Agreement despite DDD not being a party to this Agreement.
Scope of Contractor’s Services. The services to be performed by Contractor are described and identified in the Statement of Work form attached to this Agreement as Appendix A (the “Services”).
Scope of Contractor’s Services. The contractor shall perform the work and render services as follows:
A. All such work and services shall be under the supervision of DDA Executive Director and Chairman of the DDA. Assist in actively pursuing grant opportunities for the DDA in conjunction with goals of DDA and assisting the City of Mount Xxxxxxx in the pursuit of grant and funding opportunities as directed.
B. Assist in forming and maintaining partnerships with other organizations and governmental entities.
C. Other grant writing support and services, as necessary.
