HEALTH INSURANCE, DENTAL, AND VISION. A. The District shall provide each full-time unit member and dependents, where appropriate, with a health, dental and vision insurance plan, which shall include prescription coverage. Subject to lawful rules of the insurance provider (currently TCSIG) an eligible employee may choose any of the medical plans that are currently offered by the carrier and that have been selected by CSEA. The required annual contribution on the part of the District will not exceed twelve thousand dollars ($12,000) to cover Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance.
