Common use of HEALTH, SAFETY, SECURITY AND ENVIRONMENT Clause in Contracts

HEALTH, SAFETY, SECURITY AND ENVIRONMENT. (HSSE) Supplier shall fully comply with Xxxxx’s HSSE policy and rules at all time during the term of PO or till the completion and acceptance of service or goods by Buyer’s authorized representative. The supplier shall also comply with all federal, state, and local government laws and regulations and Buyers Rules and Regulations. It shall be the Seller’s responsibility and liability to become fully acquainted with applicable safety, health laws and security regu- lations prior to commencing work or supply of any good or services.
