Health & Safety, Well Being and Safeguarding. 6.1. The Provider agrees to be responsible for the health and safety and general welfare of all Staff utilised during the provision of the Services or when fulfilling the Provider Role(s). References to “Staff” within this Agreement includes, but is not limited, to Managers, employees (Full, part time and casual), freelancers and contractors, volunteers and technical advisors.
