Common use of Hearing Before the Arbitrator Clause in Contracts

Hearing Before the Arbitrator. The arbitrator shall arrange for any hearing he/she deems necessary as soon as practical after the arbitrator is notified of his selection. The arbitrator shall render a decision in writing by the thirtieth (30th) calendar day after the close of the hearing. If briefs are submitted, the hearing is closed on the date set by the arbitrator for the submission of briefs.
