Custom Texts. A faculty member who wishes to select a custom-bound textbook may do so provided the following conditions are met: 1. The custom text is less expensive than the campus committee’s selection. 2. The text covers the cluster-approved course objectives. 3. The course is regularly taught by the faculty member(s). 4. The maximum number of custom texts allowed for a single campus course is three (3). 5. When a custom text is selected by a faculty member, it will replace the committee selected text(s) and any supplemental text(s). 6. A custom text must be adopted for a minimum of two (2) years.

Custom Texts. If the faculty member is the only full-time faculty in a particular course on a given campus or division, who wishes to select a custom-bound textbook, he may do so provided the following conditions are met and the use of custom texts does not conflict with efforts to standardize texts in general education and sequential courses. 1. The custom text is less expensive than the campus or division committee’s selection. 2. The text covers the approved course objectives and competencies. 3. The course is regularly taught by the faculty member(s). 4. The maximum number of custom texts allowed for a single campus or division course is two (2). 5. A custom text must be adopted for a minimum of two (2) years.

  • Custom Products Effective upon creation of Custom Products, Contractor hereby conveys, assigns and transfers to Authorized User the sole and exclusive rights, title and interest in Custom Product(s), whether preliminary, final or otherwise, including all trademark and copyrights. In such case, Licensee on behalf of all Authorized Users shall be granted a non-exclusive perpetual license to use, execute, reproduce, display, perform, adapt and distribute Custom Product as necessary to fully effect the general business purpose(s) as stated in paragraph (b)(i)(2), above.

  • Custom Modifications In the event the Fund desires custom modifications in connection with its use of the System, the Fund shall make a written request to State Street providing specifications for the desired modification. Any custom modifications may be undertaken by State Street in its sole discretion in accordance with the Fee Schedule.

  • Software Updates XXXXX agrees to keep current with software licensed from Skyward and will install new versions on a timeline approved by XXXXX governance. This timeline will be communicated by NWRDC to the Districts.

  • Enhancements No Enhancement shall be provided in respect of any Series of Notes, nor will any Enhancement Provider have any rights hereunder, as third-party beneficiary or otherwise, unless the Servicer has provided its prior written consent to such Enhancement, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.

  • Upgrades If this copy of the Software is an upgrade from an earlier version of the Software, it is provided to you on a license exchange basis. You agree by your installation and use of such copy of the Software to voluntarily terminate your earlier XXXX and that you will not continue to use the earlier version of the Software or transfer it to another person or entity unless such transfer is pursuant to Section 3.

  • Customer Content As part of the Services provided under this Agreement, Customer Data will be stored and processed in the data center region specified in the applicable Ordering Document. Axway shall not access Customer Content except in response to support or technical issues where Customer provides Axway with prior Customer’s written authorization required to access such Customer Content. Axway is not responsible for unauthorized access, alteration, theft or destruction of Customer Content arising from Customer’s own or its authorized users’ actions or omissions in contravention of the Documentation. Customer’s ability to recover any lost data resulting from Axway’s misconduct is limited to restoration by Axway from the most recent back-up.

  • Software Development Software designs, prototypes, and all documentation for the final designs developed under this agreement must be made fully transferable upon direction of NSF. NSF may make the software design, prototype, and documentation for the final design available to competitors for review during any anticipated re-competition of the project.

  • Interfaces GTE provides the CLECs with choices for access to OSS pre-ordering, ordering, maintenance and repair systems. Availability of the interfaces is fundamental to the CLEC being able to effectively do business with GTE. Additionally, in many instances, CLEC personnel must work with the service personnel of GTE. Measurements in this category assess the availability to the CLECs of systems and personnel at GTE work centers.

  • Customization The listed products are licensed for Customer Manager Suite use and customization only. Use of these tools to develop or customize non-Customer Manager Suite applications is not permitted without the express written authorization of PFPC.
