Hearing Deadline. The AIB shall be empaneled by the OSC. The OSC shall set a hearing date within fifteen (15) working days after the matter has been referred to the OSC. The student and the faculty member are each allowed one (1) continuance. Thereafter, the student or faculty member may be granted one (1) additional continuance upon a showing of good cause by the requesting party. The Xxxxxxx or the Xxxxxxx'x designee shall make the determination as to whether the additional continuance will be granted.

  • Removal Before Your Tax Filing Deadline An excess contribution may be corrected by withdrawing the excess amount, along with the earnings attributable to the excess, before your tax filing deadline, including extensions, for the year for which the excess contribution was made. An excess withdrawn under this method is not taxable to you, but you must include the earnings attributable to the excess in your taxable income in the year in which the contribution was made. The six percent excess contribution penalty tax will be avoided.

  • Deadline Date The parties agree to enter into collective negotiation over a successor Agreement in accordance with Chapter 123, Public Laws of 1974 in good-faith effort to reach agreement on all matters concerning the terms and conditions of employee’s employment.   • Contribution Deadline The deadline for making an IRA contribution is your tax return due date (not including extensions). You may designate a contribution as a contribution for the preceding taxable year in a manner acceptable to us. For example, if you are a calendar year taxpayer, and you make your IRA contribution on or before April 15, your contribution is considered to have been made for the previous tax year if you designate it as such. If you are a member of the Armed Forces serving in a combat zone, hazardous duty area, or contingency operation, you may have an extended contribution deadline of 180 days after the last day served in the area. In addition, your contribution deadline for a particular tax year is also extended by the number of days that remained to file that year’s tax return as of the date you entered the combat zone. This additional extension to make your IRA contribution cannot exceed the number of days between January 1 and your tax filing deadline, not including extensions.

  • Grant Completion Deadline The grant completion deadline is the end date of this Agreement set forth in Section 2 above. The Grant Completion Deadline is the date when all grant and matching funds have been paid out or incurred in accordance with the work described in the Scope of Work, detailed in the Estimated Project Budget. If the Grantee finds it necessary to request an extension of the Grant Completion Deadline, an Amendment to the Agreement must be executed as per Section 7, and the stipulations in Section 15 must be met.

  • Hearing Decision The decision of the Board shall be in writing and shall contain findings of fact and the personnel action approved, if any.   • Addressing Objections Raised During Public Comment Period The Parties agree that the procedure contemplated for public review of this Stipulated Order and the Regional Water Board’s or its delegate’s adoption of this Stipulated Order is lawful and adequate. The Parties understand that the Regional Water Board or its delegate has the authority to require a public hearing on this Stipulated Order. If procedural objections are raised or the Regional Water Board requires a public hearing prior to the Stipulated Order becoming effective, the Parties agree to meet and confer concerning any such objections, and may agree to revise or adjust the procedure and/or this Stipulated Order as necessary or advisable under the circumstances.

  • Filing Period Such notification of desire to go to arbitration must be filed in writing with the Grievance Appeal Officer within thirty (30) days of the conclusion of Step 3 with a copy to the Director of Human Resources. Provided further that the Union shall forward to the City the Union’s portion of the California State Mediation and Conciliation Services (CSMCS) fee within sixty (60) days of receipt of the City Manager’s response. Failure by the Union to meet either the thirty (30) day or sixty (60) day deadline for both referral to Arbitration and payment of the CSMCS fee shall be deemed as a full and complete waiver by the Union to appeal the City Manager decision to Arbitration and the City Manager decision shall be final and binding on all parties.
