The coach will be notified at this meeting about whether he/she will retain this coaching position for the following school year. Normally a vacancy shall not occur merely because the coach has transferred to another building.

The evaluator and teacher being evaluated should discuss the educator’s performance ratings on the evaluation rubric and measures of student learning, self-assessment ratings, artifacts and any evidence needed to support the evaluator ratings. This discussion will take place no later than 15 working days prior to the end of the school year.

All Chapters, governing Councils (IFC, MGC, and PHC) and the Nevada Greek Alumni Chapter may review the Relationship Agreement and conduct meetings with University representatives regarding the Agreement. Such meetings will begin no later than February 15th and end no later than August 15th for the following year’s Agreement unless there are extenuating circumstances. Notification of meeting date/time should be communicated to all parties 30 days prior to meeting with the University distributing red line copies within fourteen days of a meeting. Suggested edits should be submitted, in writing (or email), to the Fraternity and Sorority Life Advisors one week prior to the meeting. The University may have Legal Counsel attend one of these meetings if legal questions arise.
End of Year Review. 5.1 No later than 3 months before the end of each calendar year during the term of this Part 4, you and we shall meet (Annual Review Meeting) to review your use of the Leased ALPS and Leased Yorks during the then current calendar year based on the ALPS and York Usage Data for that year.
5.2 We shall each provide the other with copies of our respective ALPS and York Usage Data for the relevant calendar year at least 14 days prior to the Annual Review Meeting.
5.3 At each Annual Review Meeting, you and we shall (acting reasonably) seek to agree whether to adjust the Agreed Lease Pool for the following calendar year taking into account:
(a) the ALPS and York Usage Data for the then current calendar year;
(b) your forecast volumes for Mailing Items under the Contract for the following calendar year;
(c) the number (if any) of Excess Leased ALPS and Excess Leased Yorks found in your possession in the then current calendar year; and
(d) where you are a Transitional Customer, the number of Transitional Yorks that will become Leased Yorks in the next calendar year pursuant to your Transitional Arrangement.

Three weeks prior to the end of the evaluation cycle, the evaluator and educator being evaluated should discuss professional practice ratings and measures of student learning/outcomes, artifacts and any other evidence needed to confirm the accuracy of ratings. If an educator is on course for receiving a rating of ineffective, this meeting must take place in time to allow for the 45 day appeals process to finish by the May 31st deadline. A written appeal must be made by the non-probationary educator within the fifteen day window after receiving their final evaluation rating. However, if an educator is on course for receiving a rating of ineffective for a 2nd consecutive year resulting in loss of non-probationary status and possible non- renewal, this meeting must take place in time to allow for the 45 day appeals process to finish by the May 31st deadline. These time requirements may be waived by mutual agreement of both the teacher and the district.
