Common use of Heating and Cooking Fuels Clause in Contracts

Heating and Cooking Fuels. Liquid heating and cooking fuels in tanks are included in the sale and will transfer to Buyer at time of possession unless usage is metered (in which case it is not included in the sale). Sellers are responsible for maintaining heating and cooking fuels at an operational level and shall note permit fuels to fall below 10% in the tank(s) at the time of possession except that the tank(s) may be empty only if now empty. Further, the seller is precluded from removing fuel from tank(s) other than what is expended through normal use. Exceptions:
