Landlord shall furnish space heating and cooling as normal seasonal changes may require to provide reasonably comfortable space temperature and ventilation for occupants of the Premises under normal business operation, daily from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Saturdays to 1:00 p.m.), Sundays and holidays excepted.
