Common use of Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning Clause in Contracts

Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning. 1. Heating, ventilating, and air conditioning as required to provide reasonably comfortable temperatures for normal business day occupancy (excepting holidays); Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 2. Maintenance of any additional or special air conditioning equipment and the associated operating cost will be at Tenant's expense, which is currently estimated at $55 per hour.
