Heavy Equipment Operator Shifts. (1) Notwithstanding other provisions of this Article, during extreme dry road and weather conditions during the months of May to August, the Employer may alter the time of commencement and termination of regular H.E. Operators' shifts on any regularly scheduled day of work for the purpose of watering and blading the road surface, by giving the employee not less than twenty-four (24) hours advance notice of change.
