Common use of Heavy Structures Clause in Contracts

Heavy Structures. These structures shall include all wharves, docks, piers, breakwaters, jetties, seawalls, ferry slips, dry docks, graving docks, cofferdams, caissons, trestles, overhead crossings, underpasses, underwater structures, subaqueous pipe lines, seaplane ramps, waterfront bulkhead, bunkers, snow sheds, towers, heavy trusses and other similar heavy structures. In the construction of the above mentioned heavy structures, the following conditions shall apply: Agreement
