Hedera Node Policy. The Hedera Node Policy set forth as Exhibit B may be amended as provided for therein. Any amendments to the Hedera Node Policy will take effect upon delivery of the amended Hedera Node Policy to the Members, subject to a reasonable period for Members to comply with any such modifications.
