HEIGHT PREMIUM. 137. Any employee required to work from trusses, towers, swinging scaffolds, bos’n chairs, cranes and crane rigging (other than Class 9354), temporary staging or unguarded structures at a height of thirty (30) feet or more from the ground, water or supporting structure, shall receive $.75 per hour over the regular rate of pay for hours so worked. This premium pay shall also apply to employees working under piers and working out of boats or barges.
