Help Line for Service Providers. The RMV shall make its Help Line available, from 8am to 6pm Monday through Friday, except for RMV holidays, to assist the Service Provider in answering questions or resolving problems related to RMV systems and/or RMV policies and procedures that the Service Provider is not able to answer or resolve.
