HIGHEST FUNCTION. 45.1. Where an employee performs two or more classes of work on any one day, for the purpose of assessing the rate of wage to be paid, the employee will be regarded as having worked throughout the whole of his or her working time on that day at the class of work for which the highest rate of wage is prescribed.
