Common use of HIP Basic Clause in Contracts

HIP Basic. HIP members with income at or below one hundred percent (100%) FPL who do not make either their fast track prepayment, initial or subsequent POWER Account contributions as required by Section 4.1.1 will not be eligible for HIP Plus, and will be transferred to a more limited benefit package, which requires copayments for services as set forth in Section 4.1.2 (HIP Basic).
