Common use of Hire Duration Clause in Contracts

Hire Duration. The Hire Period expires upon the earlier of; - the Hirer returning the Goods to the Owner at the Owner’s address & having made all outstanding payments due under this Contract, or - where the Goods or part thereof are lost, destroyed or damaged, when the Hirer pays the Owner in full pursuant to clauses 11 to 14 together with any other outstanding payments due under this Contract.
