Hiring Increments. Employment of a nurse who had prior experience as a 1 registered nurse shall be governed by the following provisions:
2 4.2.1 Nurses with less than a year of relevant experience will be hired at the 3 beginning salary.
5 4.2.2 Nurses with more than one year of relevant RN experience as determined 6 by Nursing Administration will be hired at the salary increment which 7 reflects their current and continuous experience, minus one year.

5.2.1 Employees with less than twelve months of relevant experience will be hired at the beginning salary.
5.2.2 Employees with more than twelve months of relevant experience as determined by Administration will be hired at the salary increment which reflects their current and continuous experience.

Hiring Increments. 22 Employment of an employee who had prior experience in their field shall be 23 governed by the following provisions:
24 5.2.1 Employees with less than twelve (12) months of relevant experience will 25 be hired at the beginning salary.
27 5.2.2 Employees with more than twelve (12) months of relevant experience as 28 determined by Administration will be hired at the salary increment which 29 reflects their current and continuous experience.
31 5.2.3 For every two (2) years of Rad Tech experience, one (1) year of credit 32 shall be received on the specialty imaging wage scale when placed in CT, 1 Mammo, or US role. A maximum of ten (10) years of Rad Tech experience 2 shall be credited, equivalent to five (5) steps at the specialty rate.
