Duties of Members Each Member shall use his or her best efforts to promote the business of the LLC.
Initial Members The initial Members of the LLC, their initial capital contributions, and their percentage interest in the LLC are as follows: Members Percentage Interest in LLC Capital Contribution (If any)
Additional Members One or more additional members may be admitted to the Company with the consent of the Member. Prior to the admission of any such additional members to the Company, the Member shall amend this Agreement to make such changes as the Member shall determine to reflect the fact that the Company shall have such additional members. Each additional member shall execute and deliver a supplement or counterpart to this Agreement, as necessary.
New Members No person may be admitted as a member of the Company without the approval of the Member.
Termination of Membership You may terminate your membership by giving us written notice or by withdrawing your minimum required membership share(s), if any, and closing all your accounts. You may be denied services for causing a loss to the Credit Union, or you may be expelled for any reason as allowed by applicable law.
Admission of Members Other persons may be admitted as Members from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.
Time Off for Elections Employees shall be allowed four (4) consecutive hours off before the closing of the polls in any Federal, Provincial, or Municipal election or referendum.
Transfer of Membership Membership shall not be transferred except with the approval and consent of the Board of Managers and in accordance with the Capital Units Transfer System.
CERTIFICATION OF MEMBERS The undersigned hereby agree, acknowledge, and certify that the foregoing Operating Agreement is adopted and approved by each Member. Associate Members An Associate Member is any government or regulatory agency that has an interest in the development of oneM2M Technical Specifications and Technical Reports. The list of the Associate Members will be maintained by the Secretariat and visible to all oneM2M Participants.
