Time Off for Elections. Employees shall be allowed four (4) consecutive hours off before the closing of the polls in any Federal, Provincial, or Municipal election or referendum.

Time Off for Elections. Employees shall be allowed the number of hours required by legislation to attend the polls in any federal, provincial or municipal election or referendum without deduction from normal daily pay.
Time Off for Elections. An employee shall be granted leave without loss of pay to ensure that the employee has four (4) consecutive hours off prior to the close of the polls in any Federal, Provincial, Municipal or Nisga’a Village Government or Nisga’a Lisims Government election or referendum in which the employee is eligible to vote.
