Historic District. The term ‘‘Historic District’’ means the Ste. Xxxxxxxxx Historic District National Historic Landmark, as generally depicted on the Map.
Historic District. The Property is not located in any area designated by any Government as an historical or similar area wherein such designation would restrict the ability to rehabilitate, construct or otherwise make changes to the interior or exterior of the Property nor do any Governmental restrictions exist with respect to the Property other than normal zoning regulations or codes of a general nature applicable to all property within the purview of such general regulations and codes.
Historic District. What district is property located in, historic district map can be found on City’s website.
Historic District. The allowable development capacity in the Winehaven Historic District (Planning Areas F, G, and H), can fall within the range of (1) 1,098 residential units with up to 40,000 square feet of general commercial space; (2) 318 residential units with up to 624,572 square feet of general commercial space; or (3) anything in between on the basis that each residential unit is interchangeable with 750 square feet of general commercial space, up to 780 units.
Historic District. The Properties are located entirely within a National Register Historic District.
