Historic Download a facility allowing users to select and download large quantities of historical map data. Historic Digimap should be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with the exception of Scheduled Maintenance. Historic Digimap will be updated in the unlikely event of new additions to the Collection becoming available. a) The service components as outlined above, Ancient Roam and Historic Download, will each be available for 99.00% of scheduled uptime b) Scheduled Maintenance time, for each service component, will be less than 15 hours over any consecutive 12 month period c) Service augmentation will be performed within 20 working days of receipt of new maps.
