Common use of HITECH Act Clause in Contracts

HITECH Act. HITECH Act" means the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act, found in Title XIII of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, P.L. 111-005, as the same may be amended from time to time, and including all regulations promulgated, and official guidance issued, thereunder.

HITECH Act. “HITECH Act" means ” shall mean subtitle D of the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act, found in Title XIII Act provisions of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, P.L. 11142 U.S.C. Sections 17921-005, as the same may be amended from time to time17954, and including all regulations promulgatedits implementing regulations, when and official guidance issued, thereunderas each as effective and compliance is required.

HITECH Act. “HITECH Act" means ” shall mean the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act, found in enacted as Title XIII XIII, Subtitle D of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, P.L. 111-005, as the same may be amended from time to time, and including all implementing regulations promulgated, and official guidance issued, thereunderGuidance.

HITECH Act. “HITECH Act" means ” shall mean the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act, found in enacted as Title XIII of Division A and Title IV of Division B of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, P.L. 111-005, 5. All references in this Agreement to such Act or to any section thereof shall be deemed to include all applicable regulations and guidance as the same may be amended from time to time, and including all regulations promulgated, and official guidance promulgated or issued, thereunderrespectively, to implement such Act.
