The recipient of subrecipient [agencies utilizing ESG funding] must keep records of the participation in HMIS or a comparable database by all projects of the recipient and its subrecipients [agencies utilizing ESG funding]. The ESG Program HMIS Manual supports the program setup, data collection, and reporting efforts for the ESG Program.
