Hold Orders. If Buyer requests Wytech to hold delivery of any Products, Wytech may at its option, invoice Buyer on the original date the Products were to be delivered, or invoice Buyer on the date such Products are actually shipped. Upon invoice Xxxxx agrees that ownership and liability transfers from Wytech to Buyer.
Hold Orders. If Customer requests UTITEC to hold delivery of any Products, UTITEC may at its option, invoice Customer on the original date the Products were to be shipped, or invoice Customer on the date such Products are actually shipped.

All Hold Orders will be considered valid, but only up to the aggregate principal amount of outstanding Auction Rate Securities held by such Existing Holder, and if the aggregate principal amount of Auction Rate Securities subject to such Hold Orders exceeds the aggregate principal amount of Auction Rate Securities held by such Existing Holder, the aggregate principal amount of Auction Rate Securities subject to each such Hold Order will be reduced pro rata so that the aggregate principal amount of Auction Rate Securities subject to all such Hold Orders equals the aggregate principal amount of outstanding Auction Rate Securities held by such Existing Holder.

If Buyer requests Mountain to hold delivery of any Products, Mountain may at its option, invoice Buyer on the original date the Products were to be delivered, or invoice Buyer on the date such Products are actually shipped. Upon invoice Xxxxx agrees that ownership and liability transfers from Mountain to Buyer.
Hold Orders. If Customer requests EDGE to hold delivery of any Products, EDGE may at its option, invoice Customer on the original date the Products were to be delivered, or invoice Customer on the date such Products are actually shipped.
Hold Orders. If Buyer requests LAKE REGION MEDICAL to hold delivery of any Products, LAKE REGION MEDICAL may at its option, invoice Buyer on the original date the Products were to be delivered, or invoice Buyer on the date such Products are actually shipped.
Hold Orders. Order production and component purchasing will not commence until order has been released for immediate shipment.
Hold Orders. If Customer requests XXXXX to hold delivery of any Products, XXXXX may at its option, invoice Customer on the original date the Products were to be delivered, or invoice Customer on the date such Products are actually delivered.
Hold Orders. If a Customer issues a Hold Order, it is understood and agreed that Xxxxxxxx may produce or manufacture the identified Deliverables without further authorization from the Customer but will delay shipment of the Deliverables until specifically released to do so by the Customer. It is understood and agreed that Hold Orders are valid and enforceable contracts between Xxxxxxxx and Customer and subject to change only if agreed upon by both parties in writing.
Hold Orders. If you order any quantity of goods on "hold” or otherwise order goods subject to our future release, the full quantity will be deemed released for shipment on the 60th day after the date of your order, and you will pay for the goods accordingly.
