Holiday Falling on a Non-Scheduled Workday. An employee who works on a designated holiday which is not a scheduled workday shall be considered to have worked overtime and shall receive his holiday day's pay, and shall receive additional compensation at the rate of time and one-half (1½x) for all hours worked, except for Christmas and New Year's when the additional compensation shall be at the rate of double-time (2x) for all hours worked.
