Common use of HOLIDAY OBSERVANCE DATES Clause in Contracts

HOLIDAY OBSERVANCE DATES. The purpose of this Agreement which is supplemental to the Collective Labour Agreement executed concurrently herewith, is to set forth the dates on which the holidays provided for in Clause 6.03 of the said Collective Labour Agreement will be observed. The Floater holidays will be used for the Christmas holiday period. The parties will meet no later than September 30th of each year to agree upon the specific days they will be applied to.
