Holiday Pay Restrictions. Pay under Sections 11.2 above is not applicable to those employees on leaves of absence, inactive status, and unapproved absence. An employee who is off work in another paid leave status shall receive his daily straight time base pay for the appropriate holiday hour schedule in lieu of any other paid leave benefits.
