Holidays – Bonus Holiday. The City and the Union agree that for the two (2) year term of this MOU an employee, who does not use any sick leave during the period between July 1st and June 30th, will be awarded one (1) bonus holiday the following fiscal year.
Holidays – Bonus Holiday. The City and the Union agree that an employee, who does not use any sick leave during the period between July 1 and June 30, will be allowed to convert eight (8) hours of sick leave to eight (8) hours of vacation, irrespective of the employee’s regular work shift, the following fiscal year.
