Holidays Falling on Work Days. If one of the thirteen holidays listed falls on a day when schools are in session, there shall not be a holiday on that day. The SUPERINTENDENT or her/his designee will designate an alternative date or dates when custodians will not be required to report to work in lieu of the lost holiday as long as such alternative date is not a day when schools are in session.
