Home Health Care and Hospice Care. Establishment of a hospice care program to be paid one hundred percent (100%) by the City subject to the reasonable standard. Home Health Care will be paid at one hundred percent (100%) of reasonable charges. Services rendered by a hospice care program will be covered up to a maximum of sixty (60) days.
