Common use of HOME Requirements Clause in Contracts

HOME Requirements. (a) Borrower shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the use of the HOME Funds as set forth in 24 C.F.R. Part 92. In the event of any conflict between this HOME Regulatory Agreement and applicable laws and regulations governing the use of the Combined County Loan funds, the applicable laws and regulations govern.

Part 92, including the requirements of the Regulatory Agreement. In the event of any conflict between this HOME Regulatory Agreement and applicable laws and regulations governing the use of the Combined County Loan funds, the applicable laws and regulations govern. During the HOME Term, these requirements are federal requirements, implemented by the County; thereafter, these requirements are deemed local County requirements.
