Common use of HOME Requirements Clause in Contracts

HOME Requirements. (a) Borrower shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the use of the HOME Funds as set forth in 24 C.F.R. Part 92. In the event of any conflict between this HOME Regulatory Agreement and applicable laws and regulations governing the use of the Combined County Loan funds, the applicable laws and regulations govern. (b) The laws and regulations governing the use of the Combined County Loan funds include (but are not limited to) the following: (1) Environmental and Historic Preservation. 24 C.F.R. Part 58, which prescribes procedures for compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (42 U.S.C. 4321-4361), and the additional laws and authorities listed at 24 C.F.R. 58.5;
