Honesty. Employees shall conduct their affairs with honesty and integrity and shall not engage in fraud, dishonesty or any act of material misconduct. SIGNING AGREEMENTS. Employees shall not sign any document or agreement that creates a legally binding obligation on the Company. The only persons authorized to sign agreements are the CEO and the Executive Vice President. WRITTEN AGREEMENT. All employees of the Company and all independent contractors of the Company must have a signed, written agreement with the Company prior to performing work for the Company.
