– HONORING OF CONTRACT. During the term of the Agreement, there shall be no strikes of any kind, work stoppages, slow downs, or interference or interruption with the operation of the schools by any employees or the CFEA During the term of the Agreement, the Board shall not “lock-out” members of the bargaining unit. A “lock-out” is action by the Board to prevent employees from performing their regularly assigned duties where an object thereof is to bring pressure on the employees or an employee organization to compromise or capitulate to the employer’s terms regarding a labor relations dispute.
