Common use of HOPWA-Eligible Household Clause in Contracts

HOPWA-Eligible Household. Subject to the provisions of Section 2.4(a)(2) below the Rent paid by a HOPWA-Eligible Household that occupies a HOPWA-Assisted Unit during the HOPWA Term and that continues to reside in the Unit following the expiration of the HOPWA Term, must be equal to the amount specified in Section 2.2(a)(1).

HOPWA-Eligible Household. Subject to the provisions of Section 2.4(a)(22.4(a) below the Rent paid by a HOPWA-Eligible Household that occupies a HOPWA-HOPWA- Assisted Unit during the HOPWA Term and that continues to reside in the Unit following the expiration of the HOPWA Term, must be equal to the amount specified in Section 2.2(a)(1).

HOPWA-Eligible Household. Subject to the provisions of Section 2.4(a)(22.4(b) below the Rent paid by a HOPWA-Eligible Household that occupies a HOPWACounty-Assisted Unit during the HOPWA Term and that continues to reside in the Unit following the expiration of the HOPWA Term, must be equal to the amount specified in Section 2.2(a)(12.2(a).
