Personal Belongings. The Resident shall remove all of Resident’s property at the end of the lease. The Association is not responsible for any personal belongings or items left behind. Any property left behind shall become the property of Association and may be disposed of.
Personal Belongings. 24.1. Small items of personal furniture may be brought into the Home with the prior agreement of the Home’s manager. It is your responsibility to ensure that such items are clearly marked with your name. Please see clause 25 in relation to your obligations to insure your belongings. 24.2. You must not bring into the Home soft furnishings which are not certified as being fire retardant. 24.3. All your personal clothing must be clearly labelled and documented on admission and during your stay in the Home. This is your responsibility and is a simple precaution that will reduce the risk of your clothing being mislaid or lost. A member of staff should be informed of and shown any clothing or articles brought into the Home for you at any time, for the purpose of documenting and/or labelling. 24.4. We agree to provide a laundry service for your clothing that are machine washable at a minimum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius and are able to be tumble dried (but our laundry service does not include professional dry cleaning or hand washing of any item). 24.5. The Home shall not be responsible in any way for damage or loss to your furniture, clothes or other personal belongings unless the Home has been negligent, fraudulent or breached this Agreement in respect of your furniture, clothes or other personal belongings, in which case the limitations in clause 288 will apply.
Personal Belongings. All personal items should be removed from your Accommodation by/on your departure date. There are no storage facilities on campus for personal belongings, as such any items left behind after your departure date will be considered non-essential/unwanted and be recycled, donated or disposed of. Excess items left behind (more than the contents of one standard black bin bag) may incur a fee covering the actual cost of disposing these items.

However, on occasion staff may allow electronics and toys to be brought from home on special days and may only be used during specific free choice times. Please label all items. Staff is not responsible for lost, broken, or stolen items. Toys with weapons or that promote violence are NOT permitted at Explorer Club or Little Explorers. Bathroom/Toileting Requirements Children enrolled in the Explorer Club and Little Explorers program must be potty trained before attending the program. We realize that “accidents” will happen. “Accidents” by definition are unusual incidents and should happen infrequently. We will begin with a “three accident” practice in place. When three accidents occur in one month’s time we need to re-evaluate your child’s placement in the program. ● Communicate to the teachers that he/she needs to go to the restroom. ● Go to the restroom and perform the necessary functions without assistance from an adult. ● Wear cloth underwear. Pull-ups are not allowed. Hours of Operation Little Explorers Child Care Program follows the same policies and procedures as the Explorer Club School Age Care Program along with the following information: Children must be registered with Lakes International Language Academy’s Kinder Prep Program. Children must be at least 3 years of age, but not yet in kindergarten by September 1st. Children must be toilet trained and be able to use the bathroom independently prior to entering the program. Little Explorers follows the same school year calendar as Kinder Prep with the option of Non-School Day care from 7:00 am - 5:00 pm on most non-school days with the exception of holidays (a minimum of 10 students need to be in attendance.)
