HOSPICE/TERMINAL CARE. Hospice accommodations and terminal care treatment and services are covered at one hundred percent (100%) for patients that have recei- ved a diagnosis for a terminal condition with a life expectancy of six (6) months or less, and need physical, psychological, and social care, as well as special equipment fitting or adaptation, nursing care, and prescribed drugs. This care must be approved in advance by USA Medical Services.
