Hospital Representatives. The Committee will meet on a minimum of every four (4) months. Upon mutual agreement by the parties, ad hoc meetings can be scheduled as necessary. Proposed Master Schedules are to be provided to the Scheduling Committee at least six (6) weeks in advance of the implementation of any changes in Unit scheduling practices. Each unit will provide a copy of their current master rotation to the Scheduling Committee and Bargaining Unit President by January 31st of each year and any new or revised master rotations following January 31st of each year.
