Hosting Term. The Hosting Term will commence on the date set forth on an Order Form for Hosting Services accepted by Licensor, and continue for an initial period of one (1) year. Thereafter, this Addendum shall automatically renew for consecutive one-year terms unless either party provides the other party with written notice of its desire not to renew this Addendum at least ninety (90) days before the end of the then-current Hosting Term.
