Hotel and Motel Fire Safety Act of 1990. In accordance with Section 6 of the Hotel and Motel Fire Safety Act of 1990, all Applicants must ensure that all conference, meeting, convention, or training space funded in whole or in part with federal funds complies with the fire prevention and control guidelines of the Federal Fire Prevention and Control Act of 1974, as amended, 15 U.S.C. § 2225a.
