Common use of Hour Shift Personnel Clause in Contracts

Hour Shift Personnel. (1) If the jury duty occurs on the same day as the employee's scheduled duty assignment for the Fire Department, the employee will report same to his/her immediate superior and report directly to the assigned jury duty location. Upon release from jury duty for the day, the employee will report to his/her assigned duty station for the remainder of the shift.
