Common use of Hour Shift Personnel Clause in Contracts

Hour Shift Personnel. Twenty-four (24) hour shift personnel shall report to their assigned duty station at the beginning of the shift unless the subpoena requires the employee’s attendance in court at a time near the beginning of the shift. In such cases, the employee may be excused from reporting to his/her assigned duty station by the Department on a case-by-case basis.
