HOURLY CONVERSION FOR PART-TIME OR ALTERNATIVELY SCHEDULED EMPLOYEES. For employees who work part-time or a schedule other than an 8/40, the number of Family Care/Medical Leave hours to which the employee is eligible shall be adjusted in accordance with her/his normal weekly work schedule. An employee whose schedule varies from week to week is eligible for a pro-rated amount of Family Care/Medical Leave based on her/his hours worked over the previous twelve (12) weeks preceding the leave.
