Hourly Rate Definition. Employees who are scheduled to work a forty (40) hour work week shall have an hourly rate determined by dividing the annual rate by 2080 hours. Fire Suppression hourly rate shall be determined by dividing the annual rate by 2730 hours (52.5 hours per week).
