  • Allocation Method (Choose one of a. or b.):

  • Hours of Service The minimum number of Hours of Service an Employee must complete during a vesting computation period to receive credit for a Year of Service is: (Choose (c) or (d)) [X] (c) 1,000 Hours of Service.

  • Accounting Method For both financial and tax reporting purposes, the books and records of the Company shall be kept on the accrual method of accounting applied in a consistent manner and shall reflect all Company transactions and be appropriate and adequate for the Company’s business.

  • Payment Method The Bank shall pay an amount equal to the planned premiums and any other premium payments that might become necessary to keep the policy in force.

  • Settlement Method For any Option, Net Share Settlement; provided that if the Relevant Settlement Method set forth below for such Option is not Net Share Settlement, then the Settlement Method for such Option shall be such Relevant Settlement Method, but only if Counterparty shall have notified Dealer of the Relevant Settlement Method in the Notice of Final Settlement Method for such Option.

  • Accounting Methods Implement or adopt any material change in its accounting principles, practices or methods, other than as may be required by GAAP or any Governmental Entity.

  • HOURS OF WORK The Executive’s normal days and hours of work shall coincide with the Company’s regular business hours. The nature of the Executive’s employment with the Company requires flexibility in the days and hours that the Executive must work, and may necessitate that the Executive work on other or additional days and hours. The Company reserves the right to require the Executive, and the Executive agrees, to work during other or further days or hours than the Company’s normal business hours.

  • Repayment Method Party A shall deposit sufficient amount into the Account to collect sale processor other account at Party B before the repayment date provided hereunder and transfer such amount to repay the Loan (Party B may also debit such amount from such account to repay the Loan), or transfer such amount from another bank account of Party A to repay the Loan.

  • Computation Period Interest on the Loans and all other amounts payable by Borrower hereunder on a per annum basis shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year and the actual number of days elapsed (including the first day but excluding the last day) unless such calculation would result in a usurious rate, in which case interest shall be calculated on the basis of a 365-day year or 366-day year, as the case may be. In computing the number of days during which interest accrues, the day on which funds are initially advanced shall be included regardless of the time of day such advance is made, and the day on which funds are repaid shall be included unless repayment is credited prior to the close of business on the Business Day received. Each determination by Administrative Agent of an interest rate or fee hereunder shall be conclusive and binding for all purposes, absent manifest error.

  • Change in Accounting Method Neither Company nor any of its Subsidiaries has agreed to make, nor is it required to make, any material adjustment under Section 481(a) of the Code or any comparable provision of state, local, or foreign Tax Laws by reason of a change in accounting method or otherwise.
