HOURS OF BUSINESS. From and after the Commencement Date, Tenant shall keep the entire Premises continuously open for business during the days and hours established by Landlord from time to time for the Shopping Center generally, including, but not limited to, all holidays except Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day and Easter Day. Subject to Article 17 and Section 27.25, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a Two Hundred Fifty Dollar ($250.00) per day penalty for each day that Tenant fails to continuously remain open for business during the hours previously established by Landlord. Tenant shall have its window displays, exterior signs and exterior advertising displays adequately illuminated continuously during those hours and days that the Premises are required to be open for business to the public.

Tenant shall have its window displays, exterior signs and exterior advertising displays adequately illuminated continuously during those hours and days that the Premises are required to be open for business to the public.
