Common use of Hours of Operations Clause in Contracts

Hours of Operations. Contractor shall provide a minimum of one (1) staff, Monday to Friday, from 7:45 am to 5:30 pm. Services shall not be provided during Holidays observed by the County. County Facility Manager or designee may determine that the hours of services may change based on the County needs.
